One more difference between the new software and old software:   I have
limited the number of addresses that can appear in the header.   That way
folks who have just found the funniest joke on the Internet can't forward
it to the lists as well as 50 of their best friends.   The limit is three
address in the header (in the To and the CC).

We just had one bounce at the new list for this and I just realized I
forgot to mention this.
