Its a little closer than Bush beating Kerry I  would think. when i lived on 
the farm there lots of old tractors that had been  made from old trucks 
shortened frames and two tranny's to get low gears and all  sorts of engines although 
the most of them were Model a 1 1/2 ton truck I did  once see one made from 
old Chevy had fun day getting it running with a  friend.
