[AT] Ford "N" sleeves - EZ Outs

Try Stud Master welding rod.  The stuff is like magic.  The stud can be
broken off well down in the casting.  Once I discovered this stuff I fished
around for old manifolds etc. just for the fun of taking out what used to be
impossible studs and bolts.
