I don't claim to be an expert, but just looking at the design of an ez out
tells you that it will expand the broken bolt/stud during operation, which
to me seems opposite to what you'd want. I drilled the aforementioned MGB
stud, soaked it with liquid wrench for 24 hrs and heated it near cherry red
with a propane torch prior to using the ez-out. Maybe that's how I got
lucky.
