Dean, I think you mean SM 2004. A reprint of all the manuals on DB 1293
would kill a large forest.
I took your advice and copied the INDEX.PDF into the folder with the parts
catalog PDFs. It works fine, except that clicking on the name of the parts
catalog you want to open (while still inside Acrobat Reader) doesn't
actually open it. But with that minor inconvenience in mind, I was able to
delete all the non-PDF stuff, reducing the total disk capacity required
considerably. If I was seriously limited in disk space, I'd only keep the
PDFs for the parts catalogs I really needed, maybe three or four at most.
