Yes. At least let the water out before you churn it all up moving the
tractor. I have to do this to my tractors every once in awhile.
Your attempt to start the B has churned the water in the crankcase
making it look worse than it probably is. However, I bet there is quite
a bunch of sludge in there that would be nice to remove. You may even
need to remove the crankcase cover to get in there and clean.
In freezing territory, the water in the bottom of the crankcase will
freeze in the oil pump, siezing it up. That will shear the oil pump
drive coupling. Not a big deal, but a real pain.
