I will email JR directly and most likely purchase the book....
I hate to bother you with all the work of scanning pictures here. Thanks
anyway.
I don't happen to have that book.... Ironically, if I had this book to begin
with,
I would have known the JD "C" story ... :-) Most be the missing link that
I needed.
I appreciate all the help from the LIST....
