Here in Ohio if you're handicapped just beep the 
horn and they come out and fill it for you at the
same price. Personally I wouldn't want some yahoo
filling my vehicles up.

Dean one of the things that I love here is not  having to fill my own
tank. 
Especially now that I am handicapped.  We pay  24 cents per gallon on
gas and 
they keep trying to raise that.
