I certainly hope someone will donate a pickup transmission to the charity
auction! I have an '84 Chevy one ton dually w/ a really nice 454 engine and
hydraulic lift gate we use for hauling heavy stuff back n forth to trucking
companies. I need a 4 speed manual transmission for it! (or 5 if available
and will drop in w/o modification!?) There are probably a few of ya' (like
me!) with a backyard of misc vehicles. They are available around here but
the charity auction sounds like a better cause than a local salvage yard.
I'll open bid at 200.00 on a decent one! (I pay the freight of course)
ps...It does haul nothing but tractor parts!
