[AT] Ford "N" sleeves

I just did a Farmall Super M engine.  I have a heavy duty sleeve puller
set.  I could not get the sleeves to budge.  I was going to take the
block to the machine shop anyway.  They ended up having to bore the
sleeves paper thin, and then peel them out with a chisel.

Well I tried the weld a bead and out comes the sleeve method on my 8n. 
Results were not as pretty as others have enjoyed.
Ran the beads -- the sleeves did not "fall out"

Had a machinist friend make up a disk the right diameter for a puller --

3 of the 4 came out (should have done this first) . 4th sleve is now 
broken and it appears that the no penetration rule has been violated.

Took block to Machine shop -- They bored out the remaining sleeve parts 
and suggested that it might be easier just to have them pull the sleeves

to begin with. $100 later, Block hot tanked, head hot tanked, sleeves 
installed al traces of my skill are erased.
