Weather was RE: [AT] Test

I'm back finally. Been 2 days without the phone. The
electric was on thank God but the phone went out. Not
bad but the alarm on the house beeped at least every
10 seconds telling us that there was an error because
of the phone down. I wanted to rip it off the wall.
Just wondering as I'm catching up on all my emails
how you guys handle this weather up in NY? We had an
inch of ice on the ground before the snow started
which was a measly 1 inch. Then the temps dropped
velow zero and the salt wouldn't melt it. While at
my parents tonight celebrating Christmas my sister
called from Alaska. Man she'd love to have the mild
weather you NY'ers are having. They have -75 wind
chill and 3 feet of snow a night for the last couple
days. The snow plows have poles on them so you can
see them coming up a road since they are so deep
into it. I guess we didn't have it as bad. She
said that they had a rare winter rain that dumped
3 inches of freezing rain. Now everything is covered
until Spring. This is a major problem since the
King Crab season starts in a few weeks. Well enough
of my rambling. Back to reading my tons of mail.

Yep. I'm here. Waiting for the daughter's flight to bring her home for

Christmas. So far, she is only about 1.5 hrs. late.
