I use chisels/punches/wedges/prybars/hammers and anything handy to bully the
things out.  Invocations to the high deity(ies) of your choice may help at
times too.

For the old IH injectors and pumps: I highly recommend "Alternative Fuel" in
Nampa Idaho 208 442 7880.  He can test and rebuild your old injectors. (and
pumps too)  We're not affiliated in any way..he just does good work, knows
what he is doing, and is ever mindful that one of the goals in maintaining
many of these old machines is cost control.
