Bruce,
I got mine from Northern Hydraulics. It works real well and has paid for 
itself. You will probably have to either raise the bed or adapt to keep 
the hitch. I think that the concern over the driveshaft is that the unit 
can drop down and hit the shaft. My kit had a cable that you install to 
catch the unit. I will try to get the info tonight.
