[Farmall] Cultivators for Farmall A

Your existing lever is probably part of the mower and would need to go with
the mower when you sell it. It would only have a single lift connection to
the deck. For cultivators you need a lever package that will connect to
each side of the the cultivators in a semi-independent manner.
