[AT] Drill Problem

I second what Charlie V. says!  I was going to say, keep the drill speed 
very slow and a lot of steady HEAVY pressure on.  Drill a smaller starter 
hole first if you can.  That will help keep the 3/8" drill from heating up 
and loosing its temper.   John W.
