[AJD] High Altitude Pistons in 520 - 2nd try

The compression will still be less than most automotive engines. I feel
comfortable in saying that the 87 octane will be fine for such an engine.
The gasoline 520 had compression ratio of  7.1:1. The LP 520 had 8.75:1 cr.
The high altitude pistons probably are somewhere between.
