I wanted to to make clear to that Randy Leffingwell did address his message
to the list, but he is not subscribed and will get none of your replies if
you reply only to the list.   His post was rejected by my software
precisely because he isn't subscribed,. but I went ahead and approved it in
the interest of giving him a chance to defend his work.
