Yeah right. Maybe in your state. Don't try it in NC. I am an appraiser
and a real estate broker and we are constantly warned in CE courses about
what we can and can not write in that regard.
For example, if you are selling your house to Mr. X and you agree on some
personal property items that will be included in the sale and you want them
included in the Standard Real Estate contract, you or Mr. X have to write
it onto the contract form or put it in an adendum to be attached. I can NOT
write it for you or help you with the wording of it.
