Be sure that some of the tractor weight is on the truck so that the trailer
will not be "tail heavy" even over bumps. Move the tractor forward on the
trailer until the truck shows some weight transfer. Experience is very
helpful in moking this judgment. Plan on driving 45 MPH maximum- maybe you
can go faster, but try any higher speed very cautiously.
