[AJD] JD - Model "C"

Well, not quite indistinguishable.  Most of the C's had a wooden steering
wheel, and a post/spring type seat rather than the dual arched springs
attached to the rear of the transmission case.  The exhaust manifold was cut
off straight rather than angled, and there were some differences with the
block/case clearances and wheels.  But I'm sure Paul O will weigh in here
and give us the straight story.  J.R. Hobbs has a nice section on the Cs and
GPs in his book on the Unstyled JDs.
