I mostly agree with you but sellers have some responsibility to be honest
too.

It is your own fault it you bid on something without asking questions FIRST,
whether it is at a farm auction or EBAY.  I too have been on both sides of
the fence.  All you can do is chalk it up to experiance.  I do feel you
should contact the seller before you voice your dissatisfaction with the
seller.  I have met Mr. Dugan and find him very good to deal with.  If you
are not sure of the quality do not bid the price.

On a different note, does anyone have a list of the numbers of duplex carbs
and what they fit?
