	I asked Spencer some time ago and also asked my provider at about
the same time. Spencer traced one of my emails and it appears that my ISP
is holding my posts to the List. When I asked my ISP about it, they also
did a trace on my emails and their response is that Spencer's provider is
not accepting email at times and is the one holding them up.

	If anyone else is having trouble with delays in posts to the List,
I wish they would complain to their provider and see which is right.

	All personal email to individuals that I send out seems to go
instantly as it always has.
