[AT] OT ! Portland cell service

  But I know there's enough guys on the list that have them and will give me
the straight scoop .  A guy working on commission sales , uh , no .
Trouble is even my current provider claims to have coverage at least on
their map .  But in talking with the salesman he volunteered that they have
been working on it for the last three months and its still spotty at best .
