It is going to be where the old Central Tractor was.  Perhaps something good will come of losing CT.

I happened to be in Oneida the other day and saw the new TSC store they are building, just across Route 5 from Wal*Mart.  It will be pretty good sized compared to the present store in Sherrill.

If you are in the Amsterdam area you should check out the TSC store there.  It is quite large.
