Craig, I don't know about the heat houser, but you may be able to get the covers 
from Tractor Supply, but more than likely they've discontinued canvas 
replacements for the M

Regarding the B, no that's not normal.  More than likely it needs a cap and 
rotor, or if it's a mag it may need a new coil and cover.  Plug wires could also 
be the culprit.
