[Farmall] British "MD" ?

Did the original message indicate if the engine had injectors?  Possibly 
being run on the starting system?  Why -- good question!

I wondered a time or two if the MD block could be used with a gasoline head 
-- for possible high output engine -- and have the advantage of crank 
bearings between each cylinder instead of only three main bearings and 
paired cylinders.  I enjoy the diesel sounds so didn't pursue.
