[Farmall] cleaning solvents

I've used oven cleaner for years.  Get it at the
dollar store for cheap and it works very well.  Have
you tried mineral spirits BTW?  I get it in 5gal cans
at lowes and really like it for cleaning jobs. 
Mineral spirits cleans well, doesn't stink, and drys
almost completely.
