I agree with Beths Idea of paying for your own inspection on your
engine.I  bought my engine in 1993.And took it to a show where they said
they pay for the inspection.On the 3rd inspection the new inspector said
he didnt have any record of me owning the engine and no record of it
being inspected.Which I knew it was for the two times.In contacting the
secretary of the show he said they never received a bill for the
inspection.You would think he would have contacted the boiler dept. and
asked where the bill was.The show kept all certificate,s so I just
figured they had it in there files.When i found out what happened,I paid
the inspection fee and had the certificate sent to my home.That way its
in my hands.
