[Steam-engine] Article on Rynda's Auction.

    What do you do if you go to a sale that has an engine your interested in
but it has a jacket on it?  How do you UT that boiler?  Should it just be
assumed that rust has done its damage and expect to replace portions of or
an entire boiler?
