[AT] Farmall H with disk brakes?

John,
Just to add a bit to what Guy has said -

If I understand the Parts Manual correctly it shows band brakes as being
standard on the H until S/N 391357 which is approximately 400 units prior to
the end of the H production in 53.

Beginning with S/N 391358 - and continuing on through the production of the
Super H in 53 and 54 - disc brakes were standard.

Farmall offered retrofit disc brakes for the band brake delivered tractors.
The retrofit disc brake does not have the brake housing cup plug whereas the
delivered disc brake does - so I am guessing, John, that your' 43 disc
brakes do not have cup plugs??

They were a fairly common retrofit. They did not come with the disk brakes.
