Pressure washer, or
Set in the sun to get it really dried out. Dip in gasoline or somehow
get the plant material soaked with gasoline. Stand back and light it
with a propane torch. When all burned out and cooled take a high
pressure air compressor to blow the ashes out.
Dishwasher, when wife is out for the day might work.
Drop it off at the local machine shop where they degrease blocks and
heads. I think they use a high pressure, hot water washer. But that
might cost you a few bucks.
