[AT] OT waste oil heater ?

If you have any dairy farmers nearby, make friends with one and I'll bet
they will give you all the plastic 15 gallon drums you want. They are great
for transporting oil and not too heavy to handle when full. Dairy farmers
get pipeline cleaner and teat dip in those barrels and use a good bit of it.
I have to move 200 gallons of kerosene for my Dad and just got 12 barrels
from my wife's uncle's farm this evening.
