[AT] 630 handclutch and charging problem

One thing we need to not overlook here is leaving the charger on the battery
for an hour is quite different than running the tractor for a short period
of time where it may or may not be charging at 10 amps at all times. The
charger may be a 20 or 50 amp charger too.
