[AT] M-H Pony Questions??

I just picked up a sad, little, and very dead
Massey-Harris Pony today. It has what appears to be a
pretty complete sickle bar mower with M-H marks on
some of the mower castings. It also has the remains of
a frame that may have supported a loader at one time.
Finally, it does not have the normal engine mounted
hydraulic pump at the fan. Instead it has a hydraulic
pump (driven by a coupling to the crankshaft pulley)
and resevoir fitted nicely between the front of the
radiator and the grill with the only modification to
the sheet metal being a round hole in the hood for a
breather cap and filler neck for the hydraulic
resevoir. This is right in front of the radiator
filler hole. It also has one hydraulic cylinder about
30 inches long that was loose and not attached to
anything.

Being conscientious, I checked my Parts Catalog,
Service Manual, and Operating and Service
Instructions. There is no mention of implements in
these books or of the particular hydraulic system on
this tractor. My questions are:

1. Is there any implement literature that would
describe the setup and operation of the mower? If so,
where is it available.

2. Was there a loader make by M-H, or is this
aftermarket?

3. I suspect the hydraulic system was aftermarket, but
it is very nicely done. Does anyone have any answers
on this?

Thanks,
