It's a Howard Gem Series IV, looks like 30" cut. The engine 
is a J.A.P twin of 9.8hp. The mag is most probably a Wico.
I'll see if I can get the part numbers. Made in the middle to
late 50s going on the number. 
I've got an earlier single cylinder Gem in the shed.
