[AT] B-N0-40 Hub/rim gone

I've had an old ford/fergie BN40 tug for a number of years and use it quite a bit but have had a nagging rear wheel problem that I've repaired and repaired to the point where I don't think I can any longer keep it running. It's a dual rear wheel setup - what I think was once made to tow aircraft and the inside of the left rear hub (looking at it from the front) has just rotted away and no longer engages the axle.
I really would like to get a replacement for it. I've been told that the wheels came from Ford Trucks of the 40's era but I haven't had much luck there either....
The part # on the tire is B-NO-6641-A
