[AT] Dodge diesel oil filter number

Fleetguard makes the filters Cummins uses on their engines. Dodge can
use whatever filter they want after they buy the engines, they are the
ones who have to warranty the finished product. Last I knew most Mopar
filters were made by Purolator and Fram.
