There was a story going around a few years ago about a guy that lived near
the Navy base at Norfolk Va who built some sort of rig to convert energy
from the Navy's radar (his house backed up to the fense of the base) to
electricity.  Supposedly he got by with it for a while until the Navy forced
him to take it down.
