[AT] another Allis Chalmers question

It just popped into my head that the dimension Cecil mentioned might be
inside diameter on the muffler. I don't know what the original I.D.
would've been on the manifold outlet of the D-12. I seriously doubt that
the diameter would've changed between Series I/II and Series III.
