Richard , If there is any real doubt I would go to Paypal directly and log
in and check your account .
  The email that you got looks like a scam to me . I'm no net guru but the
http://210  in front of the address tells me that its going someplace else .
It should start with https  , the  "s"  meaning secure . I just came from
paypals login page and cut the addy ,
https://www.paypal.com/ebay/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-run
Report it to paypal by loging in and going to their security center .
