Dean,
I spent a couple of years working on the APQ-126 radar system that was/is
used in the A7 Corsair aircraft used by our Navy. It utilized an analog
computer for a couple of different types of boming navigation, toss
bombing and dive bombing. A real anacronism today. Everything seems to be
done digitally.
