Yeah why not? That one I've heard of to. Why is that one worse than the one in Oregon both seems pretty off target to me.

P.S. Listing prices in a book must be very hard. I payed ~800$ a year ago, this week I saw one sold for ~1400$ in about the same condition without the front end loader only a few miles from the one I bought. Felt kinda good :-)
