[AT] Names that have become generic

[Ralph Goff]

And "Vise Grip" is a brand name that is loosely applied to all manner of
poor imitations of the handy locking pliers that I carry in most of my
toolboxes.  If its not made by Petersen then I don't think its a vise grip.
