The procure says to use a 30 amp branch ckt or to reduce the output
to keep from blowind breakers.

You could also wire it for 220. Probably a better solution.

  Howdy all;
The local vo-tech has just installed Miller plasma cutters.  Now get this, 
It comes OEM with 115vac, 20 amp. plug in, but draws 28 amps @
115vac....and 
they're blowing breakers...understandably:-)

35% duty cycle doesn't do anything for me either.

  I don't understand what's going on here.  How can they get away with 
this??  Just thought I'd ask the list(s) before we call Miller.
